the Owner - Roger Zurasky |
As
the President of Royal Dominion Homes, Roger
brings over 24 years of experience in the
real estate industry. Following graduating
from college in 1987 with an honors degree
in economics, Roger began his employment
with NVR, a national homebuilder. Little
did he know that his career would span over
two decades and lead him to his current
position. While at NVR, Roger spent time
in Sales and Marketing, Construction Management,
Estimating and ended his tenure as General
Manager. During his professional career,
Roger has managed the sales and construction
of over 5,000 homes! Roger is a registered
Class A Contractor, a member of the Richmond
Home Builders Association, as well as a
member of the National Homebuilders Association.
Roger
has been able to assemble the best talent
available to form Royal’s sales, office
and production teams. In fact, Roger’s
assembled a management team that boasts
over 100 years of new home building experience,
while the company boasts over 200 years
experience! His commitment to excellence
as well as his ability to foster relationships
with developers, contractors and banking
partners has enabled Royal Dominion Homes
to grow into the best homebuilder in Central
Virginia.
When
not working, Roger enjoys spending his free
time with his wife Karen and their two boys.
Lacrosse and Ice Hockey keep them busy year
round and they are frequently attending
games and tournaments.
